Nick Doherty is a UK based drummer from Newport, Wales. Whilst graduating from the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama [2024] with a 1st class degree in jazz drums, he became a member of Panic Shack [2022]. The group recently attained a No.1 spot on the official charts Rock Charts and Digital Download Charts, and No.32 in the Album Charts. This album has also seen them shortlisted for the Welsh Music Prize.

Outside of his work with Panic Shack Nick has recorded drums for Grammy nominated song writing groups [Position Music] and worked with producers such as Ali Chant, Danny Monks, Tom Rees, and Tom Auton. Nick has also contributed as a producer, engineer and drummer to singer-songwriter Joe Wilkins in both recordings and live performances.
